Three times a day, the cap is pushed over in order to create a wine with good color and fruit character. The skins are separated from the wine before the alcoholic fermentation is finished. To remove any undesired sediment, the wine goes through clarifying and cold stabilization. The wine is bottled after filtering to preserve its texture and intensity. Purple color with dark undertones. Spiced tones wonderfully combine with ripened fruit aromas and fresh aromas of blackberries and black currants. Smooth tannins, medium body, and a delightful finish characterize this generous wine. It’s great to drink on its own or with fruit tarts and sweets.
